Refunds / Cancellations / Vendor Credit:
The Juneteenth Art & Film Expo does not offer refunds for any reason. This includes cancellations due to inclement weather, acts of nature, or government-mandated restrictions beyond our control. In certain special circumstances, vendor credit toward a future event may be considered on a case-by-case basis, but it is not guaranteed. All withdrawal or cancellation requests must be made at least two (2) weeks before the event date to be considered for vendor credit.

Assumption of Risk:
By participating in the Juneteenth Art & Film Expo, I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Wedding Wish, event organizers, staff, and affiliated agents from any and all claims, liabilities, losses, damages, costs, or expenses (including legal fees) that may arise directly or indirectly from my participation in the event. This includes, but is not limited to, claims made by myself, my employees, agents, or any members of the general public interacting with my booth or display.

I acknowledge that I am fully responsible for the safety and security of my own property and assume all risk of damage, loss, or theft. The Juneteenth Art & Film Expo and its organizers are not liable for any loss or damage to exhibitor property during the event.
