Cannons Wild Roots Forest School offers children the chance to learn, explore and grow through hands-on outdoor experiences in a natural setting. Forest School supports confidence, resilience and wellbeing through carefully planned activities such as nature crafts, bushcraft skills, whittling, and safe tool use including hammering and palm drills. Children are encouraged to take age-appropriate risks, helping them to develop problem-solving skills, independence and self-belief, all within a safe and supportive environment led by qualified Forest School practitioners.
Sessions will run for the summer term a 12 week block, costing £10 per session (£120 in total). 22nd April - 15th July, for years Reception to Year 3. Places are limited to 20 children and are offered on a first come, first served basis. An email will be sent to confirm the successful families attending the Afterschool session..
