Tattoo Submission Form

I am currently only booking in Downtown Detroit, but if you'd like me to visit your city, feel free to contact me about guest artist opportunities.

PAYMENT: My hourly rate is $175, and this includes gratuity. A non-refundable $100 fee is required for a deposit, which will be included in the total tattoo price. Your appointment will not be confirmed until the deposit is received. For multiple-session projects, a 30% deposit is required.

CHANGES: Significant concept changes to a drawn design will require an additional $100 fee, and may require a new consultation. This may include major body placement changes.

RESCHEDULING: You are allowed one reschedule per tattoo appointment for any reason. If more than that is needed, a $100 cancellation fee will be required to reschedule. If rescheduling is needed, I must receive 24-hour notice, or your deposit will be forfeited. If you do not call or show up within 20 minutes of our appointment time, I will not tattoo you, and the deposit will be forfeited.

Each tattoo I bring to life has a different journey, so please be patient with me and with yourself. Most large-scale pieces require multiple sessions, so don’t be discouraged. I am always here to help plan ahead and keep in touch so we can make sure your tattoo heals properly and looks great forever! Touch-ups will be of no charge if they are scheduled within two months of the appointment.

I am permitted to accept/deny any tattoo request for any reason. Typically, this is because I am focused on developing specific styles and techniques. If your concept seems like a good fit for me, I will reach out via text message to schedule a zoom consultation within a week of your submission. Not all inquiries will be accepted, but that shouldn't discourage you. There are only so many inquiries I can fulfill each season.
