This six-week non-degree, non-credit course is tailored for individuals who work in health systems looking to understand real estate as a strategic asset, not just overhead, as well as mid-career real estate professionals interested in a healthcare real estate specialization to diversify their expertise. Delivered in a hybrid format, the course combines online learning with an in-person residency designed to foster practical application, peer engagement, and industry networking.
Course Cirriculum: Each session is 3 hours. Four virtual sessions (6-9 PM ET via Zoom), two in-person sessions at Johns Hopkins, leading up to the 4th Annual Johns Hopkins Outpatient Healthcare Real Estate Conference.
