Terms and Conditions
1. Registration and Payment
Your spot in the class is reserved once payment is received. Class fees are non-refundable but may be transferred to another participant if you’re unable to attend. Please contact Carla Riseman at least 48 hours before class if you need to transfer your registration.
2. Cancellations
If the class is canceled by the instructor or venue, all participants will receive a full refund or credit toward a future class.
3. Arrival and Participation
Please plan to arrive 10–15 minutes early to check in and get settled. The class will begin promptly at the scheduled time. All skill levels are welcome. Participants are encouraged to explore and enjoy their own creative process.
4. Materials and Supplies
All art materials are included unless otherwise noted. Participants agree to use supplies safely and as directed during the session.
5. Personal Belongings
Neither the instructor nor Happier Now Café & Market is responsible for loss or damage to personal items brought to the class.
6. Photography and Media Release
By attending, you grant permission for photos or video taken during the class to be used for promotional purposes by Carla Riseman or Happier Now Café & Market. If you prefer not to appear in photos, please let the instructor know before class begins.
7. Liability Waiver
Participants acknowledge that art activities may involve the use of paints, adhesives, and other craft materials. By registering, you release Carla Riseman and Happier Now Café & Market from any liability for injury, allergic reaction, or property damage that may occur during or after the class.
8. Health and Safety
If you are feeling unwell, please stay home. Seating and setup may be adjusted as needed to maintain a comfortable and safe space for all attendees.
9. Respectful Environment
This is a supportive, creative experience open to everyone. Please treat fellow participants, staff, and the instructor with kindness and respect.
