    GUILD AGREEMENT & LIABILITY WAIVER

    By indicating YES to the below statements, you agree to the following:

    A. Rules and Guidelines. Submitting this form constitutes agreement to comply with all rules, guidelines, state and local laws as well as all policies as stated in the site rules for the Cascadia Renaissance Faire including but not limited to the Anti-Harassment Policy as described in our event rules and policies page.

    B. Camping. Camping space will be provided guild members who desire to camp at the event. This camping area will have access to water, porta-potties, and a trash can for your use. Please remove all belongings (including trash) at the end of the event. Only designated guild members and their approved, immediate family members are permitted to camp in allocated space(s).

    C. Medical. The Cascadia Renaissance Faire is able to provide emergency care to all guild members as needed and without consent. If a guild member is unable to consent at the time such care is needed, Cascadia Renaissance Faire is not responsible for any expenses related to emergency services or care provided.

    D. Expectations. Guild members shall perform duties as scheduled at times and locations agreed. Events take place rain or shine. Guild members are subject to adherence to garb and costuming guidelines and all conduct rules as designated by Cascadia Renaissance Faire.

    Guild members further agree to the following conduct guidelines:
    - Conduct oneself professionally and set a positive example for other Cascadia Renaissacne Faire participating backstage and event patrons;
    - Engage in respectful behavior, communication, and activities;
    - Use good judgment and demonstrate respect to others and the Cascadia Renaissance Faire organization as a whole, as it pertains to any/all postings/comments on both personal and on social media sites and public platforms both written and digital.

    E. Photo/Video/Audio Release. Acceptance means written consent is granted that all photographs/video/audio taken during the event are property of the photographer(s), but may be used by the Cascadia Renaissance Faire in advertising, publications, promotional email campaigns, websites, and other materials or media for current or future events. In giving this consent, Cascadia Renaissance Faire and the photographer(s) associated with the event are released from responsibility for any violation of personal or proprietary rights the performer may have, and does not imply further compensation.

    F. Dress Code. Guild members who are participating in theatrical or public facing positions shall be garbed and costumed in accordance with their chosen or assigned fantasy character at all times while on duty. No plain or casual clothing. Costuming should be supplied by guild, and be in accordance with posted costume guidelines. Lack of costuming is not barrier to participation! Please email ask for support from production team.

    - When performing authorized hazardous activities, Cascadia Renaissance Faire will supply guild members with safety equipment including but not limited to: safety vests, parking flags, safety harness, goggles, gloves, masks, flash lights.
    - Tattoos which depict hate speech, sexually explicit acts or graphic violence are not permitted.

    H. Perks for Guild Members
    - Event and camping passes
    - Water and some snacks provided while on duty
    - Access to all staff commissary
    - New friends for a lifetime

    15.Hold Harmless Agreement

    The undersigned hereby agrees to hold harmless, the Cascadia Renaissance Faire, the Cowlitz River Rentals and/or any staff thereof, or any person involved with the Cascadia Renaissance Faire On September 5th and 6th 2026 at Mile post 114.5 Hwy 12 Randle, WA 98377 for any or all damages to persons and property resulting from acts of God, theft, vandalism, injury or medical emergency
    Hold Harmless also includes set up and tear down of events or activities which may occur several days prior and after the event dates of August 31st through September 7th. Further: the above-mentioned persons, group, or organization, shall be held harmless from any cause or action, claim or petition, filed in any court or administrative tribunal, arising out of said event, including all costs, attorney’s fees, judgments or awards.
