Property Owner Interest Acknowledgement Form

The City of Cathedral City, in partnership with the Coachella Valley Water District (CVWD) and the State Water Resources Control Board, is seeking grant funding to construct a public wastewater (sewer) system in designated project areas which will connect properties in designated areas to a public sewer system and to abandon existing septic systems. Project planning is now underway and is completing final design. The next step is to begin obtaining support from property owners.

By completing this form you will help the City and CVWD to pursue grant funding intended to cover project costs, including connection to the sewer system and septic abandonment. Your response acknowledges the information we provided on this form and indicates your non-binding interest in participating. It does not obligate you to participate.

*Funding for this project has been provided in full or in part under the Clean Water State Revolving Fund, which may include capitalization funding from the United States Environmental Protection Agency through an agreement with the State Water Resources Control Board. The contents of this document do not necessarily reflect the views and policies of the foregoing, nor does mention of trade names or commercial products constitute endorsement or recommendation for use.
