Our community cats (or Prismeows, as we like to call them) have faced challenges, each with their own story of resilience. To secure their promising futures, we've established a thorough adoption procedure. By filling out this adoption form, you agree to (1) participate in an adoption/foster screening interview to ensure a suitable match between you, your home, and the cat you're interested in; and (2) authorize Cats of Prisma volunteers to responsibly handle the information gathered solely for our adoption process and its ensuing stages, including collection, processing, storage, and utilization.
