  • Below, please upload an image of the front side of your current, valid, state or federal photo ID. This is the same ID needed for proof of age when executing the Adult Model Release Agreement. At this juncture in the process, you may blackout the ID number & listed physical address if you wish. Name, birthdate, & headshot must be visible. This is an added measure of safety & security given that two strangers who've only interacted online are meeting in-person for a contracted service & an exchange of compensation. It's much less likely that there will be shenanigans (e.g., guys who target gay men for robbery / bashing / etc.) if everyone has to submit their information for verification.   • Below, if you have any social media that you'd like to share (associated to an "adult" identity), the following fields are provided but not mandatory. These will NOT be shared publicly with site subscribers or potential subscribers without your express permission.

  • As you can see, my requirements are few. You must be at least 18 years of age and in good physical condition. Being an adult video actor can be a fun & rewarding experience.   • Video shoots are normally scheduled Tuesday - Friday, 3 PM - 8 PM, and about an hour & 15 minutes is required for your first meeting & shoot. If you are selected to participate, please indicate your preferred day(s) & time(s).

  • This questionnaire is designed to provide me with enough information to decide if contracted adult video employment would be suited for you. The information that you provide will be discussed during your initial interview & will be kept completely confidential.

  • The $500 compensation to you for your participation (plus gas money if applicable) is transferred directly to you after the shoot via Zelle (bank account to bank account direct transfer) or via VenMo. Please be prepared to choose one of those two methods in order for you to be compensated.
