At Caves Auto Detailing, we are committed to providing a high-quality experience. To ensure we can deliver the best results for your vehicle, please review our service guidelines below. By scheduling any service, you agree to these terms.
1. Service Requirements & Access
Site Requirements: We require an area with ample space to work, permission to be on-premises, and a safe environment. If these conditions are not met, we reserve the right to reschedule your appointment for a $15 fee.
Vehicle Access: Please ensure all vehicles that need to be moved are adjusted prior to our arrival to avoid service interruptions.
2. Vehicle Preparation
Personal Items: Please remove all personal belongings, money, and significant items from your vehicle. We are not responsible for lost items, and we may be unable to clean areas obstructed by personal belongings.
Child Safety: We do not remove or reinstall child safety seats. Please remove these before our arrival. We will clean around them as best as possible, but we cannot guarantee total satisfaction in those areas.
Storage Areas: We will not clean glove compartments or center consoles if they are filled with personal items.
3. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Notice: We require at least 48 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling to avoid a $15 cancellation fee.
Same-Day Cancellations: Cancellations made on the day of your appointment may be subject to a fee of up to 50% of the scheduled service cost.
Company Adjustments: We reserve the right to reschedule due to inclement weather or equipment failure. We will communicate this to you as quickly as possible.
4. Payment Terms
Due Date: Payment is due in full immediately upon completion of service.
Payment Methods: We accept cash or digital payments.
Late Fees: Unpaid invoices are subject to a 5% late fee for every day the balance remains outstanding.
5. Expectations & Liability
Pricing: Quotes are subject to change based on the actual condition and type of vehicle encountered upon arrival.
Stains, Odors & Pet Hair: While we strive for perfection, we cannot guarantee the total removal of pet hair, sand, heavy stains, or deep-set odors. Some materials and stains are permanent.
Vehicle Condition: We are not responsible for damage related to pre-existing conditions, such as:
- Heavily soiled or damaged interior components (buttons, knobs, steering columns).
- Headliner glue degradation (we clean headliners gently at your own risk).
- Baked-on brake dust that is beyond professional cleaning capabilities.
Glass: We clean windows with professional-grade products; however, temperature changes can sometimes cause streaks. A simple wipe-down with a microfiber towel is usually sufficient to clear this.
