Please fill out the fields below in order to document the incident that has occurred and to be considered by either the Community Lands Committee (CLC) or your respective Strata Council.
In order to have your incident considered you must identify yourself, your address, the date and time of the incident, as well as the nature of the incident.
The CLC and/or your Strata Council is only able to act on incidents with complete information. Please provide as much detail as is possible. If there is not adequate information the Strata Council cannot proceed with bylaw enforcement action. Please also include file numbers if the incident has been reported to agencies outside of Craig Bay (for example the RCMP or Animal Control).
