Childhood Cancer Foundation of Southern California is in need of VOLUNTEERS for our upcoming JINGLE BELL BASH Event. Details provided below. Please complete the form to sign-up to volunteer.

VOLUNTEER INFORMATION
Sunday, December 13, 2026
Volunteer Hours: 9:00am – 7:00pm *Shifts available between those hours*
Event hours: 1pm – 5pm

Skyview Event Center
5257 Wineville Ave, Jurupa Valley, CA 91752

Several shifts are available for the event. 

SHIFT	HOURS
SHIFT 1: SETUP & DECORATIONS	9:00am - 12:30pm
SHIFT 2: PARTY	12:30pm - 5:00pm
SHIFT 3: CLEAN-UP/TEAR-DOWN	4:30pm - 7:00pm

Volunteer Duties: Set-up and Tear-Down, Check-in, gift distribution, food service, game and activity tables, etc.

Dress Code: Family appropriate clothing. NO clothing with inappropriate symbols or language. Jeans OK, and closed toe shoes. WE WELCOME HOLIDAY THEMED ATTIRE! BRING YOUR HOLIDAY SPIRIT!

All volunteers must be at least 14 years old to participate.

Your Safety & Our Safety is our Priority!
CCFSoCal will follow all government and CDC guidelines for safety.

Thank you for your interest in participating in our event. Unfortunately, due to restrictions placed by our medical advisers, all volunteers must be at least 14 years old to participate as a volunteer at the event. You indicated that you are not at least 14 years old while completing the form, therefore we can not have you participate in the PARTY PORTION of the event.

You CAN however help us with Set-up & Decorations on Sunday, December 13th from 9:00am - 12:30pm! If you'd like to register for SET-UP ONLY please continue with registration.

I, “Participant," acknowledge that I have voluntarily applied to participate in the JINGLE BELL BASH Event ("Event”) hosted by Childhood Cancer Foundation of Southern California, Inc. (“CCFSC”) at Skyview Event Center ("SEC"). As consideration for being permitted to participate in the Event and to use the premises and facilities, I forever release CCFSC, SEC, Jurupa Area Recreation and Park District any affiliated organization, and their respective directors, officers, employees, volunteers, agents, contractors, and representatives (collectively “Releasee”) from any and all actions, claims, or demands that I, my assignees, heirs, distributees, guardians, next of kin, spouse and legal representatives now have or may have in the future, for injury, death or property damage, related to (i) my participation in the Event, (ii) the negligence or other acts, whether directly connected to the Event or not, and however caused, by any Releasee, or (iii) the condition of the premises where these activities occur, whether or not I am then participating in the Event. I also agree that I, my assignees, heirs, distributees, guardians, next of kin, spouse and legal representatives will not make any claim against, sue, or attach the property of any Releasee in connection with any of the matters covered by the foregoing release. I AM AWARE THAT THESE ACTIVITIES CAN BE HAZARDOUS AND THAT I COULD BE INJURED. I AM VOLUNTARILY PARTICIPATING IN THESE ACTIVITIES WITH THE KNOWLEDGE OF THE DANGER INVOLVED, AND AGREE TO ASSUME ANY AND ALL RISKS OF BODILY INJURY, DEATH OR PROPERTY DAMAGE, WHETHER THOSE RISKS ARE KNOWN OR UNKNOWN. I HAVE CAREFULLY READ THIS AGREEMENT AND FULLY NDERSTAND ITS CONTENTS. I AM AWARE THAT IT IS A FULL RELEASE OF LIABILITY AND SIGN IT OF MY OWN FREE WILL.
