• CCM Prep Garage Parking Pass Application 2026-27

    August 2026 - May 2027

  • CCM Prep issued parking passes are reserved for CCM Prep students and CCM Prep affiliates only (ex. CYC, CSYO).

    Passes are good for 3 or 6 hours of parking per visit in the CCM garage only. Parking Pass Hours are restricted to after 3pm on weekdays and all day during weekends. If you need to park prior to 3pm on a weekday, you would need to take a ticket/pay the daily rate at the CCM or other nearby garage and would not be able to use this pass. If you exceed the hour limit, you will be asked to pay the $20 lost pass fee upon exiting.

    • 3-hour Fall: $66
    • 3-hour Academic Year: $132
    • 6-hour Fall: $131
    • 6-hour Academic Year: $262

    *Note we will switch to Spring parking pass sales on Nov. 5. Parking passes are valid as of August 15 through to May 31).

    Parking passes are multi-use and are active from August 15 to expiration on December 31, 2026 for fall passes and May 31, 2027 for academic year or spring-only passes. Parking pass holder must scan the pass for every entry and exit regardless of gate arm position. This pass allows access to the CCM garage during special events or restricted parking, as long as the arrival time is after 3 p.m. on weekdays (anytime on weekends). (note spring-only passes will be active as of date-of-sale and go on sale in late fall)

    Please note that the fee to replace a lost/missing pass is $20.

    Parking passes are non-refundable.

    The process for applying for the parking pass is as follows:

    1. Complete this form and submit it
    2. Check to make sure you can login to your ASAP Connected account (or if you do not have an account, create one)
    3. Update your mailing address in the system to help streamline the process
    4. If your application is approved, an invoice will be created for the parking pass and emailed to you
    5. Login to ASAP Connected to pay the invoice
    6. After payment is received, the parking pass will either be mailed or it can be picked up from the office at 3860 Corbett Center, depending on your selection on the form. Passes not picked up will be mailed after the selected pick-up date has passed.
