I agree to release Cedar Bark Lodge from any liability related to my dog's health or behaviour during services. I understand that while all measures will be taken to keep my dog safe, and healthy; occasionally accidents do happen. I hold harmless Deandra Camara/Cedar Bark Lodge and agree to pay any/all charges incurred if vet care is sought or if my pet causes harm/damage to a person/pet/property.
