• Qualifications for the Lafayette Civic Cup:

    • The Lafayette Civic Cup shall be awarded to one individual who has accomplished outstanding humanitarian and/or civic deed(s) for the benefit of the Lafayette Community.
    • An individual who did not receive payment for their accomplishments as part of their job.
    • Nominees cannot include someone elected to political office.
    • Organizations are not eligible.

A nomination does not imply, suggest, or guarantee that the nominee will be selected.  Nominations must be submitted by 4:30 p.m. on Thursday, Sept. 17, 2026.  A vote of the Lafayette Civic Cup Selection Committee will determine the recipient of the Lafayette Civic Cup Award.
