*Enrolled or planning to enroll in a trade or technical school/certification program
*Official or unofficial transcript
*Three (3) letters of recommendation
*400–700 word essay:
“My goals in the skilled trades and how I will build my future through training and discipline.”
*Optional: Work experience or community involvement
