*JR Achiever Scholarship- 8th Grade Student Athlete ($250)

*Minimum GPA of 2.5

*Three (3) letters of recommendation
*500–750 word essay:
“Why I want to become a nurse and how I will serve my community through healthcare.”
*Optional: Volunteer or service experience
