Chapel Gate Swimming Club
Thank you for your interest in Membership at Chapel Gate Swim & Tennis Club. Please see membership types and fees below and then complete your application for consideration. Once the non-refundable application fee is paid and your 2 sponsor referrals are received(please ask them to send an email to chapelgateclub@gmail.com), your application will be moved to the next available position in the "wait list" queue to be reviewed at the next board meeting.

Please note there is a wait list for ALL memberships at this time. Application at this time is to join the wait list, we will notify you once we have a membership to offer you.
Family Membership: Includes up to two adults who live under the same roof and their unmarried children, or children under legal guardianship of the member and who are under twenty-five (25) years of age. (There is currently a long waiting list for this membership)

Individual Membership: Must be 18 years of age or older. (There is currently a waiting list for this membership)

Senior Membership: Must be 65 years of age or older. (There is currently a long waiting list for this membership)

Tenured Membership: Must have held previous bonded membership at Chapel Gate for at least 10 seasons and be age 55 or older. Please list years in comments for verification.

**All membership are from Memorial Day Weekend through Labor Day for Swim, extending into the Fall for Tennis weather permitting.

Senior/Tenured memberships do not include share of club or vote. A portion is refundable upon resignation from club. Please see Articles VI and VII of By-Laws for further details.

ANNUAL MEMBERSHIP DUES

Current year membership dues, current rate effective 1/2025 and subject to change with general membership vote each season.

Applications are reviewed by our Board for approval monthly September - April, weekly May-August. If approved and if there is capacity in your requested membership type, you will be offered a membership. At that time, bond would be due within 2 weeks and annual dues by April 1 (or immediately if after April 1). If applying for Family or Senior Membership, please note there is a very long waiting list that could take several years.

The Wait list for Senior could take many many years as it is exceptionally long. Would you like to join as an Individual but also stay on the Senior Wait List. We will convert your membership once a spot opens.

Yes, I'd like to join as an Individual until a spot in Senior opens up or I qualify for Tenured. I realize this could take up to 10 years and will require bond and Dues at the Individual Rate until I am able to move to a Senior membership.Please just add me to the Senior Wait List. I am not interested in another membership type at this time.

Membership applications also require Sponsorship by two (2) current members (must be on separate memberships) in good standing of Chapel Gate. Sponsors simply have to formally acknowledge the applicant is well known to them and therefore recommend the applicant for membership acceptance. This can be done through a quick email.
