If selected, Training Access Funds in the amount of $500 will be awarded for those who meet the three conditions above. These awards are competitive and are NOT transferable. Training Access Fund checks will be mailed AFTER the conference to the designated individual who paid your expenses.
Here's what you need to do:
Complete the Applicant Section of this form.
Have your supervisor or your agency complete the Supervisor Section (forward the link below to your supervisor).
Submit both the completed applicant and supervisor forms by January 31, 2020.
You will be notified if your application is accepted. You must then register and pay for the conference and make hotel reservations at The Hotel Captain Cook. (To make reservations call 907.276.6000 or 800.843.1950. Indicate you are booking within the Recidivism Conference room block.) You will not be reimbursed if you do not follow all of the required steps.
