    • Grounding in reality: no toxic positivity.
    • Practical tools to help you show up exactly as you are.
    • Identify steps to sustain you & make a plan to take them.

    freddie blooms (he/him-ish) is an ICF-certified coach based in the woods of Sonoma County, CA. blooms coaching is based on the premise that we can only show up for our community as much as we show up for our own healing.
