Auditing fees are due in full at the time of registration.

Photography and video recording during the clinic are permitted for personal use only and may not be shared, published, or distributed in any form.

All events are held rain or shine.

Refunds are available upon written request via email or text received no later than two weeks prior to the event. Requests made after this deadline will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
