Thank you for your interest in participating in The Pasco Flea Fest on Saturday, March 29th, 2025 from 10 am to 3 pm.
Pre-Sale Reservations are NOW available for $40 (this special will end on December 31st at midnight) - Businesses, Vendors (Food, Service, and Products), Food Trucks and Community Members are eligible to attend and sell goods and services.
Participants will be permitted to set up for the event beginning at 8 am. You must arrive no later than 9:15 am. Late arrivals may be prohibited from setting up and there will be no refund of the participation fee.
The following are restricted or prohibited for sale or offering at the Pasco Flea Fest:
Illegal or Stolen Goods: Any items that are illegal to possess or sell, such as stolen goods, counterfeit items, or items that infringe on intellectual property rights (e.g., bootleg DVDs, counterfeit designer goods).
Weapons and Dangerous Items: Firearms, ammunition, explosives, and other potentially dangerous items that require special licenses or permits to sell. This might also include items like switchblade knives, brass knuckles, and other restricted weapons.
Hazardous Materials: Items that are considered hazardous to health or the environment, such as chemicals, pesticides, flammable substances, and items containing lead or other toxic materials.
Recalled Items: Products that have been officially recalled by the manufacturer or regulatory agencies due to safety concerns.
Medications and Medical Equipment: Prescription medications, over-the-counter drugs, and medical devices should not be sold unless the seller is a licensed medical professional or authorized retailer.
Adult Content: Pornographic materials, explicit content, and adult-themed items are usually not allowed at our family-friendly events.
Animals: Live animals, including pets, should not be sold at events unless the event is specifically designed for pet adoption or sales and adheres to animal welfare regulations.
Fake or Replica Items: Items falsely claiming to be authentic or genuine, such as fake autographs or knockoff designer goods.
Stolen or Altered Items: Any items that appear to be stolen or altered to remove identifying markings or serial numbers.
Offensive or Inappropriate Items: Items that are offensive, hateful, or discriminatory in nature, including hate speech materials.
Counterfeit Currency: Any items that are intended to replicate or counterfeit legal tender.
Tobacco and Alcohol: Selling tobacco products and alcoholic beverages might require specific licenses and are often regulated differently than other items.
Items that Promote Harm: Items that promote or glorify harm to oneself or others, such as drug paraphernalia or items related to self-harm.
