• Vendor Show Runs 9am to 3pm
• You may take down your tables at 3pm

Contract Information: I hereby release and forever discharge the Ontario 5 Pin Bowling Association the Seniors Open 5 Pin Bowling team and the ALCDSB as well all fundraiser volunteers from any responsibilities, claims, loss or damages while participating in the functions of the vendor show. You will need you own insurance for these purposes.
I agree that I will only have one vendor at my table unless I have purchased a double space where I can hold two vendors, one per table.
I agree that I will not dismantle my table until the designated time of 3pm to help keep the integrity of the event. You will be able to set up between 8:30 and 9am before doors open,

Donation: Along with your total accumulated application fees, please donate an item to be raffled off. This item may be handed to the volunteer the morning of the event.
