In addition to the conference dates, please check your calendar for the following dates before submitting your application.

YOUTH CONFERENCE APPLICANTS:
- Attend one of the 2025 Youth Conferences with your back home group (or with another group if your group isn’t attending) see http://www.montreat.org/conference-schedule/ for dates.
- Attend the planning team meeting in Montreat starting at 2pm on Saturday, September 13, 2025 and ending on Monday, September 15, 2025 before noon.
MIDDLE SCHOOL CONFERENCE APPLICANTS:
- Attend a planning team meeting starting at 7pm, Friday March 7, 2025 and ending before noon on Sunday, March 9, 2025.
- Attend the 2025 Middle School Conference, July 15 - 20, 2025 as a member of the Work Crew to shadow the conference.
- Attend the planning team meeting in Montreat starting at 2pm on Saturday, September 13, 2025 and ending on Monday, September 15, 2025 before noon.
