Thank you for your interest in our Interfaith Studies Certificate Program. If you do not hold a bachelor’s degree, which is a prerequisite for this program, you are welcome to apply for a waiver by providing us with the following information. We recognize that many people have engaged in life and learning experiences in a variety of contexts that can develop knowledge and abilities that are equivalent to a bachelor’s degree.
You may submit this form in one of two ways:
Option 1. Submit with your Admissions Application
You may complete this form and submit it at the same time as your Admissions Application. The standard application fee of $150 applies.
If you plan to submit both together, please contact the Admissions Office after submitting this form but prior to submitting your application to request a waiver code, so that you are not charged twice.
Option 2. Submit in advance for review
If you would like guidance before applying, you may submit this form in advance with a $35 review fee.
This review helps us determine whether your education, life experience, and professional background demonstrate readiness to engage successfully in a graduate level academic program without a previously earned undergraduate degree.
Once the form has been received, it will be reviewed by our Dean. You will receive a response within approximately two weeks.
If you decide to apply after receiving this review, the $35 fee will be applied toward the total application fee. You would then pay only the remaining $115 at the time you submit your Admissions Application.
