CHMS Speed & Agility and Conditioning Class
Elevate your athletic performance with the CHMS Speed & Agility Class! This dynamic program is designed for 6th–8th grade students who want to enhance their speed, agility, and overall athletic ability. Trainings will be held on Mondays and Wednesdays, providing consistent opportunities to develop your skills. Perfect for athletes of all sports, this class will help build a strong foundation for faster, more explosive movements both on and off the field, boosting your confidence and performance in any activity.
What to Expect:
· Two Practices a week
· Speed Training – Techniques to increase running speed, reaction time, and burst acceleration.
· Agility Drills – Exercises focused on quick direction changes, footwork, and improving balance.
· Core Strength & Conditioning – Building endurance, power, and flexibility to enhance overall performance.
Class Highlights:
Expert instruction focusing on proper form, injury prevention, and maximizing athletic potential.
Fun and competitive drills to develop coordination and mental focus.

Unlimited Sessions SAC
Athlete can attend any sessions that are offering through this season- $215.00
