I am fully aware of and understand all risks associated with participating in such events, including but not limited to serious injury, permanent disability, or death resulting from contact with livestock, equipment, or other participants. I do hereby waive, release, and discharge any and all claims for damages, including but not limited to personal injury, death, or property loss, against Chouteau County, the Chouteau County Fair, the Fair Board, stock contractors, livestock providers, sponsors, volunteers, and all other entities and persons associated with this event, from any and all liabilities arising out of or related to participation in this event. I understand and agree that this release is binding on behalf of the above-named minor and myself. I further authorize event staff and emergency personnel to obtain and provide medical treatment or procedures for the above-named minor in the event of an injury or emergency during this event, and I accept full responsibility for any associated costs.
