Creative Writing Group
The group will offer young people a creative outlet for self-expression and exploration, emphasizing the benefits of journaling and free writing as therapeutic techniques outside of therapy sessions. This approach will help deepen their understanding of themselves, their values, and their mental health struggles. By utilizing these tools, the group aims to foster strength-based shifts in perspective, empowering youth to creatively navigate and overcome life's challenges.
