Goals of the training: 

Deepen cultural responsiveness
Enhance clinicians' understanding of cultural humility and intersectionality, and how these impact care delivery. 
Address historical trauma and health disparities
Explore how historical and systemic inequities shape the mental health experiences of marginalized communities. 
Equip clinicians to navigate challenges with families, schools, and policies that may not support a youth's identity. 
Share practical strategies for adapting evidence-based practices to align with diverse cultural worldviews and family dynamics. 
Identify clinician blind spots and build capacity to create affirming, inclusive and effective therapeutic relationships.
