What to wear (for guests/attendees): This event is from 9am-2pm and we want everyone to be comfortable. Everyone is encouraged to dress casually.
Registration time: Our registration table will open at 8:15am. Please arrive between 8:15am-9am. We will shut down the registration table around 9:15am.

It shows where you should park (labeled in Red) if you are staying for the event, where you should drop off your kid if you're not staying at the event and ONLY dropping off (labeled in Purple), and where the actual building is where we will be for the duration of the event (labeled in Orange). Parking:The parking garage closest to the medical science building is the Eden Avenue Garage and the address for this parking garage is 3223 Eden Avenue, Cincinnati, Ohio 45220. We will have Brothers of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc. at the parking garage to assist you with parking. The parking garage charges $5 to park, which covers you for the day. Parking will NOT be validated.
Food: We will provide breakfast and lunch for everyone in attendance. Breakfast will consist of breakfast bars, fruit, granola bars, donuts, bagels, etc. We will provide chicken sandwiches from Chick-Fil-A for lunch, along with chips, cookies and beverages. For individuals with dietary restrictions, we will have sub-sandwiches and salads. We will have bottled water, apple juice, orange juice, and Powerade for beverages for the day.
Visiting College Representatives/Admissions/Recruiters: Thank you for coming! For your set up, if you don't have a table, we will provide you with one. We will set you up in the main hallway so you are in view of everyone. We would like to introduce you to begin the day so please arrive by 9am at the latest. The best time(s) to talk and network with students and parents about your university will be before and during registration (around 8:30am-9:15am), during Lunch (12:10pm-12:55pm), and at the conclusion of the event (2:00pm). There is also 10 minutes between each breakout session to talk also. If you need anything, please let us know.
Attendees (High schoolers and Middle Schoolers): If possible, please arrive at the event with an official transcript and printout of test scores. If you don't have an official transcript, an unofficial transcript will work. We will have several universities on site. You are encouraged to speak and network with all universities in attendance. You can ask any and all admissions questions and/or things you should be doing in order to get admitted into that respective university/college. Also, please come to the event with at least two questions to ask the Fraternity/Sorority panel. The Fraternity/Sorority panel will consist of current college students and recent college graduates. This is your opportunity to ask questions about the college process and their transition to high school and college.
Parents: You are welcome to attend every session. You can also ask questions to the guest panel, breakout session leaders, and/or college recruiters/representatives. Please make sure your child/student has questions ready to be answered by the individuals we are providing for them.
College Fair: We will have several college admissions/recruiting representatives at the event this year. They will be there to recruit the prospective attendees and to also answer any and all questions about their university. Students are urged to bring their transcript with them to the event and to be ready to fill out college applications.
Key Topics: Key topics of the program include; the transition from high school to college, the college application process, the college admissions process, the FAFSA process, scholarship opportunities, ACT/SAT Information, and an open forum for students to ask a panel of college brothers and sorority members questions about their high school and college experience.
