This form is the first step in applying for the Lot Next Door program, which allows property owners to acquire vacant lots next to their property through a formal, legal process. By submitting this assessment and $25 fee, the city will review your eligibility and determine whether the lot qualifies for the program. Please note, this submission does not guarantee eligibility or ownership but begins the evaluation process.

In reflecting good faith, I submit $25 which I understand to be nonrefundable, to start the process of researching and retrieving information associated with obtaining my lot of interest. I also understand that this does not guarantee that I will be eligible for The Lot Next Door program, nor guarantees that I will be eligible to gain ownership of any property related and unrelated to it. I agree to remit payment to the City of Hopkinsville within fifteen (15) days or my application will become void.
