    2026 Listing Opportunities

    Each year the City of Lancaster produces a printed experience guide for visitors, giving them a glimpse at all Lancaster City has to offer.

    This is the only official map and guide used to direct guests at the Lancaster City Welcome Center, which serves thousands of visitors and residents each year. In addition, this guide is distributed to area hotels, and distributed by partners throughout Lancaster City and Lancaster County.

    The 2026 Experience Lancaster City guide will launch in March 2026.

    Each listing includes a corresponding location on the interactive digital companion map on our website.

    Basic Listing — Free
    Includes name, address, phone number.

    Premium Listing — $200
    Includes name, address, phone number, price range, description, website, ownership attributes, and cuisine type (if applicable.)

    • The City is not liable for the content of sponsorship materials provided by the sponsor.
    • The City is not liable for delays in delivery and/or non-delivery in the event of an act of God or nature, or condition beyond the City’s control.
    • The City may alter the nature of the events or cancel events based on the needs of the community and conditions affecting the community (for example, COVID-19).
    • Businesses whose activities include the following are ineligible for sponsorship: promotion of gambling or illegal drugs, promotion of the sale or use of firearms or other weapons, depiction or characterizations which suggest nudity, profanity, obscenity or lewdness, commentary or advocacy of a religious or political nature.
    • The City of Lancaster will not enter into sponsorships with political organizations, sponsorships that would promote tobacco products, alcohol, gambling, sexually related products or services, firearms, weapons, or products or services that are detrimental to public health, safety or welfare.
    • The City will not enter into a sponsorship agreement if it would appear that the sponsorship arrangement is made to influence or reward a decision made or to be made by the City of Lancaster.
