  • This form is for initiated members of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Incorporated who are interested in receiving an invitation to the Central Jersey Alumnae General Body Meeting and to facilitate dues payments for new members to CJA.

    The schedule of GBM dates is on the chapter website calendar of events.

    • Insure these notes do not appear in emails.
    • Check Workflow rationale: currently the President approves OR the Financial Secretary. Check FS approve first, then send to MP with confirmation of status from FS included.
    • Not sure if request email should be sent out to all parties before FS review.
    • Need to provide dynamic list of approvals to SAAs
