Non-Profit Organization Grant Application
The Claremont Sunrise Rotary Foundation has funds available for distribution to non-profit organizations serving Claremont, California, and neighboring communities. The Foundation supports projects that will help build a healthy and vibrant community. It is particularly interested in supporting projects that will impact our youth, seniors, and disadvantaged neighbors. The Foundation places value on collaboration and sustainability. Although grant requests may be for any amount of money, it is not expected that any grant will exceed $5,000.

How will the money be spent? Please attach a project budget if appropriate.
What other funds/services are being contributed to the project and who is providing them?
What is the anticipated life span of the project and how will the project be sustained over time?
What do you expect to accomplish by undertaking the proposed project?
Explain why you believe the community needs your proposed project.
Who will monitor the expenditure of the grant funds and ensure that they are applied properly to the funded project? How will the monitoring occur?
How will the success of the project be evaluated and who will do the evaluation?
Please provide information about projects the applicant has completed in the past and an overview of the success of those projects.
Is there an opportunity or a need for Rotarians to volunteer with your organization? If, yes, please elaborate.
Is there any relationship between applicant and Claremont Sunrise Rotary or its members? If so, please explain.
Can the applicant make a representative available to attend a Claremont Sunrise Rotary Foundation meeting or event to receive any grant that may be offered?
