  • Corporate Catering Information & Fees

     

    Clients are required to order a minimum of 5 bottles per flavour.


    Invoice must be paid by EMT Money transfer. A void cheque and/or designated email address will be shared along with your invoice.


    Avoidable Fees


    Lead Times

    We require 7 days for order QTYs of 250 or less.
    We require a min of 30 days or QTYs of 250 or more.


    Rush Fees

    Upon confirmation of your order, you will receive an invoice that is DUE UPON RECEIPT.

    Payments made after required Lead Times may be subject to a Rush Fee of 20%.

    Late Fees

    If payment arrangements are made, a charge of 10% each week will be charged for any payments made after 1-7 days.


    Cancellation Fees

     
    One payment arrangement have been made,we begin arrangements that include staff scheduling and purchasing. A 50% cancellation fee applies to orders cancelled after payment has been received. 


    Obligatory Fees

    Gratuity Fees - Min. 18% 


    Service Fees - 18% charged with Full Service Delivery Requests*
    (Please see additional fees listed below)


    Additional Fees

    Delivery Fees - Varies upon location (starts at $15 and up).

    Min. Order Quantities 20 units. 


    Set Up Fees - (Starting at $25/hr)


    Tear Down Fees - (Starting at $25/hr)


    Ice Buckets Fees - for Beverage Display (Starting at $10)


    Ice Fees - (Starting at $7)

     

    Printed Signage - We will provide an electronic copy of a full colour menu to you prior to the day of the event (Printing begins at $5)

     

    Decor Fees - Add flare to your refreshment station! Popular choices include flowers, eco-friendly options (starting at $99 and up)

     

    Full Service Includes all of the above with the exception of decor and gratuity - (18% Service Fee of total order)

     

    Once your order has been confirmed, you’ll receive an invoice from us and we will begin to prepare healthy, nutritious and unapologetically delicious juices for your event!


    Additional Notes

    Please coordinate arrangements for any leftover product with the internal team.


    Please note load out doesn’t include the coordination or execution of special arrangements for left over product.


    Due to the fluctuation in food costs and or availability that can arise due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, Classic Juice Co. reserves the right to make change the  menus and/or the associated fees at any given time. These changes can include the adjustment of prices and/or a limit on quantities. We are committed to transparency and will provide you with this information as soon as possible.
