    Thank you for your interest in being tattooed by me! Please make sure to read all of the following information below before filling out the form! I look forward to working with you:)

    •  I do NOT do Cover up tattoos or Color tattoos at all. 
    • You MUST be 18 years or older to be tattooed by me. 
    • I do NOT copy other artists work. Every tattoo is custom and created based on any ideas or references you send!

  • PRICING

    I charge $150/hr or a flat rate of $1000 for a full day (8+ hours). There is a $150 Deposit required to secure each session. Please be deposit ready when filling out this form. The deposit is non-refundable, but does come off the total amount of the tattoo. Here are some estimates of how long certain projects can take:

    • Portrait: 5-8 Hours
    • Hand Tattoo: 4-6 hours
    • Inner Forearm: 1Full Day
    • Upper Outerarm (Elbow to Shoulder):1-2 Full Day's
    • Outter Calf (Ankle to Knee): 1-2 Full Day's
    • Full Chest: 2-3 Full Day's
    • Full Arm: 5-7 Full Day's
    • Full Back : 5-8 Full Day's
