Declaration/Pre-contract:

Any work you are given will be as self-employed for tax & national insurance. Clean2Clean Ltd cannot become involved with your financial affairs. I certify that all the above information is correct and I acknowledge that the clients will be Clean2Clean Ltd clients and remain that way if I decide to leave us. If I decide to leave the company, I agree to give at least 4 weeks' notice if I have regular clients by Clean2Clean or 1 week without regular clients. Additionally, I understand that I am responsible for declaring any earnings to the relevant Tax & Benefit authorities. If my circumstances change affecting my ability to service clients, I will notify Clean2Clean Ltd immediately. I authorise the Clean2Clean to carry out any checks they deem necessary on my status including CRB and POLICE checks. I will provide a copy of the actual public liability insurance and Health & Safety Certificate. I have to supply all cleaning materials and equipment when needed. We may require your bank details for the trial period, we pay every other Friday to your bank account.

For quality and insurance purposes I will use Clean2Clean LTD online tools for the clients to approve my job after each clean.
