  • *IMPORTANT*  Before we can begin your dream vacation quote, Clear Travel Bookings charges a minimal upfront fee of $25 per person for domestic travels and $35 per person for international travels to start planning your upcoming trip. The fee(s) will be charged via Zelle, Square, Cash App, or Pay Pal.

    If you proceed to book your trip through Clear Travel Bookings all fee(s) will be refunded after the final trip payment has been made. If you do not choose to book your trip through Clear Travel Bookings, cancel your trip, or do not satisfy all your trip payments all fee(s) are non-refundable.

  • *IMPORTANT*  Clear Travel Bookings charges a non-refundable professional services fee* to all clients. The fee for cruises, US vacations, Mexico, and Caribbean vacations is $25. The fee for all other locations is $50. This fee includes our usual services of researching and finding the best rates and overall price for you; along with helping to navigate the ever changing travel rules, including the latest updates from the tour operators, airlines, resorts, as well as the entry requirements per destination. Once you fill out this form and agree to the terms and conditions, a complimentary consultation phone call will be set up. During the phone call, if both parties decide to move forward, the fee will be due prior to any planning of the vacation. Our professional services fee ensures that you will have the support, travel knowledge, and convenience of a travel specialist to help you plan your next dream vacation every step of the way. If there are any issues that arise, we are the ones to handle it for you. *Group booking fees will differ and will be discussed on the complimentary consultation phone call.
