The cost for an estoppel certificate and certificate of insurance is $185 plus GST. A rush fee applies of $50 for estoppel requests required within 48 hours.

Electronic copies of the estoppel request will be provided. If orginals are requested these will be sent in the mail. We do not do courier pickups.
