Basic Manners Class

Bring your doggie to an amazing Basic Manners Class taught by Robin Ledford of Canine Training IN Action LLC. Classes will be September 21, September 28, October 5, and October 12 beginning at 2 pm Classes will be held at Clifford's Army Rescue, One Motion Picture Blvd, Shelby, NC. Class space is limited so sign up early. There is also an early bird special. Sign up by September 7 for $100. After September 7th, cost will be $125.

Basic Manners Dog Training Class Liability Waiver

I, the undersigned, understand that participation in the Basic Manners Dog Training class involves physical activity and interaction with dogs, which may carry inherent risks. In consideration of being allowed to participate in this class, I agree to the following:

Assumption of Risk
I acknowledge that dog training activities may involve risks to myself, my dog(s), and others, including but not limited to bites, scratches, injuries, or property damage. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation.
Release of Liability
I hereby release and hold harmless Clifford’s Army Rescue Extravaganza, its officers, directors, volunteers, agents, and representatives, as well as Robin Ledford of Canine Training In Action LLC, from any and all liability, claims, demands, damages, or causes of action arising out of or related to participation in the training class.
Responsibility for My Dog
I agree to be solely responsible for the behavior and control of my dog(s) during the class. I understand that I am responsible for any injury or damage caused by my dog(s) to people, property, or other animals.
Medical Emergencies
In the event of an emergency, I authorize appropriate medical care for myself or my dog(s) and understand that I am responsible for any associated costs.
Photo Release
I grant permission for photos or videos taken during the class to be used for promotional purposes by Clifford’s Army Rescue or Canine Training In Action LLC.
