This program provides an intense training routine that provides functionality, strength, conditioning, and education for athletes specifically targeting a certain area of improvement physically in a sport. Program is twice a week for 6 weeks 7-8pm. The program runs Tuesdays and Thursdays for 6 weeks for a total of 12 sessions.

This age group will feature calisthenics, plyometrics, and education on weight room safety, lifting form, and building workouts to align with your sport. Program is twice a week for 6 weeks 6-7pm. The program runs Tuesdays and Thursdays for 6 weeks for a total of 12 sessions.

Quick Strike Soccer Clinic - Open to All Ages6-8 @ Athletic Center on Dec. 29th This clinic will be a fast-paced training focusing on acceleration, speed, and striking technique. Expect 45 minutes of speed training followed by striking drills focused on improving technique, power, and speed of the release. Participants will take hundreds of shots and finish the clinic with a shooting competition! Spots will be limited for this clinic. Participants will be broken up into age appropriate training groups.
