in CLOC Musical Theatre's production of The Hunchback of Notre Dame to be staged at The National Theatre Melbourne, St Kilda, in May 2026.
In accepting a position as a member of the cast for The Hunchback of Notre Dame, I accept and agree to the following:
- to be available for the entire theatre season, rehearsals, etc as per dates specified on the audition information.
- to contact the Company Manager (James Rooney) if I cannot attend due to unforeseen circumstances
- to provide my own hosiery, make-up and shoes.
- to assist with publicity and attend promotional events and activities if required.
- to complete the Volunteer Acknowledgement form and to abide by the directions of CLOC, including CLOC’s Code of Conduct, Privacy, Harassment and OH&S Policies.
- to pay a show fee of $50.00.
I also understand and accept that:
- I will need to have a current Working with Children Check or VIT Registration and provide proof to CLOC.
- I will need to follow any COVID Safe Rules notified by CLOC when engaged in CLOC activities.
- Mobile phones in the rehearsal room must be on silent and not interfere with the rehearsal in any way.
- No photos, videos or sound recordings (including from phones) are to be taken at rehearsals or at the Photo Shoot unless explicit permission is given (e.g. to record dance moves or musical parts for review).
- No photos, videos or sound recordings of rehearsals are to be posted on YouTube, Facebook, Instagram or other social media platforms. CLOC has a private Facebook page for this purpose.
CLOC reserves the right to take and use images, video and audio recordings of cast members for casting/costume/make up/program/publicity purposes, and they may be used in any form of media by CLOC or by third parties approved by CLOC.
Short clips of moving image as well as digital photographs will be made available via a digital download to all cast members after the season.
I understand that this one time digital download is for personal, at-home, non-commercial use only. The sale or distribution of any part of that recording is strictly prohibited under copyright law. In no event may any recording, either in whole or in part, be otherwise reproduced and/or disseminated in any way, including broadcasting, televising, sale or electronic transmission and/or posting on the internet.
