Poster Title

Speaker Agreement Terms

By Checking this box, I agree to the 2025 PCNP Annual Educational Conference Speaker Agreement Terms (Summarized Below).
We will provide foam core boards on easels for the poster displays. Your poster will need to be clipped to the foam board.
Maximum size – 48” wide x 36” tall.
All presenters MUST attend the full conference and are responsible for covering their own lodging, travel, and conference registration expenses.
Presenters must set up their poster Thursday, Nov. 13, between 2:00 PM –6:00 PM
Presenters must be available to present their poster during the morning and afternoon breaks Friday, Nov. 14 (excludes lunch).
Posters must remain displayed until Saturday, Nov. 15. Posters may be disassembled immediately following lunch on Saturday.
