Boarding & Care Agreement
Horses in training are required to be up-to-date on vaccinations, deworming, teeth floating, and hoof care. Owners are responsible for providing any special dietary needs or supplements. CM Performance Horses will provide routine updates on training progress.
Terms & Acknowledgement
By signing this application, I confirm that all provided information is accurate to the best of my knowledge. I acknowledge that training horses involves inherent risks and CM Performance Horses is not liable for any unforeseen injuries or incidents. I agree to follow the guidelines and payment schedule as outlined in the training contract if I am selected and move forward with training at CM Performance Horses
