Read and follow the instructions carefully prior to submitting your application. Children's Musical Theatre Workshop offers Partial and Full Scholarships for the Fall and Spring Sessions for each CMTW Season (Aug. -May).

All financial information received is used for aid evaluation only and is kept confidential.
Complete application and attach copies of: • Tax return from current or prior year (or W-2 if tax not available) • Unemployment statements (if applicable) • Pay stubs (most recent month) If the above copies are not available, provide a separate page describing your current financial situation. If you are finding yourself in a new financial situation please submit a letter as to what your current financial situation is.

Please Note: Financial assistance is not guaranteed. It will be determined based on the viability of your application. Assistance will be given based on the availability of funds and level of need.

This application is confidential. The information on the form will not be disseminated.

Our financial assistance committee will meet once a month to allocate funds. the committee will divvy up the Financial Assistance funds received each year until they are diminished.

We will notify applicants of the awarded amount within 2/4 weeks from the date of submission.
