  • Overtime Structure Disclosure: Certain direct care positions may qualify as Personal Attendant positions under California Industrial Welfare Commission Wage Order No. 15-2001. If classified as a Personal Attendant, overtime compensation will be paid in accordance with applicable federal law, which generally provides overtime after 40 hours worked in a workweek. Daily overtime provisions may not apply to positions that qualify under this classification. Final classification and overtime eligibility will be confirmed in writing at the time of hire.

The position requires regular in-person service delivery within Ventura County and surrounding service areas. Employees must be able to reliably report to assigned service locations, community-based settings, meetings, and appointments as scheduled. Reliable transportation and the ability to travel between service locations may be required depending on the position.
