2025 Friend Day
CCS is excited to host "Friend Day" on Tuesday, April 1, 2025, from 8:00 am to 12:10 pm. Current students may invite a 1st-11th grade prospective student (who has never been a CCS student) from their church, sports team, etc. to spend the day with them at Colonial and see what it's like to be a "Cougar for a Day!" Prospective students who are not yet friends with a Colonial student will have a student host provided for the day. A pizza lunch will be provided for all visiting students their friends.

On Visit Day:

Visiting students should arrive at Colonial by 8:00 am. Please enter through the main school entrance (under the blue awning), and we will greet you just inside the doors.

Our students wear khakis and polos. Guests should dress in a similar manner.

Elementary students should bring a snack.

Parents will have the opportunity to attend a brief informational meeting at 8:05 am to hear from our principal and learn about our mission, curriculum, programs, and admission process.

Parents of younger elementary students are encouraged to attend with their little ones.

After lunch, our faculty/staff will escort our visitors to the sidewalk under the blue awning where they can be picked up by parents/guardians.

Colonial students and their guests are expected to follow the school-wide policies and procedures found in the Student/Parent Handbook regarding student behavior. Colonial Christian School does not carry individual student accident insurance for visitors. In the unlikely event of an accident, it is the family's responsibility for any medical bills incurred. If an accident occurs due to negligence, the school maintains full liability coverage. I hereby give my permission, should my child need emergency medical care, for services to be rendered to my child by a licensed physician and/or hospital. If, in an emergency, I am unable to arrange for pickup within a reasonable amount of time, I give the school permission to transport my child to a licensed physician or hospital. I also understand that any medical bills are my responsibility. I also acknowledge no medications may be administered at Colonial.
