Telephone Box Adoption Request 

Community Heartbeat can adopt the kiosk on the communities behalf if as a group/individual you cannot apply or if you would prefer for CHT to handle the adoption process. Once we receive your submission we will enquire about availability and get the process started.

    Please state the type of request, if you would like Community Heartbeat Trust (CHT) to adopt the box for you, select Adopt A Box. If you would like CHT to start the adoption on your behalf please specify here, i.e Parish Council can adopt but would prefer CHT to initiate the process). Finally if you would like to request us to transfer a phone box over to you please select Transfer Request. (A £25 Admin Fee to cover the costs of transferring the box into new ownership is applicable of "Transfer Requests Only")
