Liability Release

■ Follow all instructor commands at all times.
■ Adhere to all range rules and safety procedures.
■ Use only authorized firearms and ammunition during training.
■ Abstain from drugs or alcohol before and during training.
■ Accept removal from class without refund if I fail to follow safety rules.

Student Checklist

Required:
■ Government-issued photo ID (Driver’s License or FOID if applicable)
■ Signed Hold Harmless & Liability Waiver (bring hard copy if not emailed back)
■ Notebook and pen for classroom notes
■ Personal firearm (if you have one) — UNLOADED and in a secure case
■ 150 rounds of factory ammunition (no reloads)
■ Eye protection (ANSI-rated safety glasses)
■ Ear protection (electronic or foam plugs)
■ Baseball cap or brimmed hat (recommended for range safety)
■ Closed-toe shoes and appropriate range clothing
■ Drinks/snacks or lunch (time will be allotted for breaks)
■ Payment confirmation (if not already submitted online)

Optional:
■ Sunscreen/bug spray (for outdoor ranges)
■ Extra magazines or speed loaders
