We can’t thank you enough for volunteering your time to invite new families to join the Girl Scout Movement! Please complete the form below within 48 hours of your event.
After submitting this form, you’ll be directed to the appropriate form to enter contact information you collected at your recruitment event. 

For tabling events, please submit information for any families who filled out an interest form.

For sign-up events, please submit any registrations collected on the paper version of the free membership form, as well as contact information collected from families who attended the event but did not register for Girl Scouts at the event.
